1. Lawful and respectful use

AdaptLearn must be used only for legitimate education, training, collaboration, administration, or related internal operational purposes. Users must not use the service to break law, infringe rights, harass others, or distribute abusive or deceptive material.

2. Platform abuse

Users must not attempt to overload systems, bypass rate limits, evade subscription controls, exploit vulnerabilities, scrape protected content, automate abuse, or interfere with normal product availability for others.

3. AI misuse

Users must not use the tutor, assessment, or lesson-generation features to create harmful content, impersonation material, spam, disallowed automation, or misleading outputs intended to deceive, exploit, or harm others.

4. Team and admin responsibilities

Team owners and admins must manage invites, permissions, user access, and organizational data responsibly. They should not grant access beyond lawful authority or use administrative visibility in ways that violate privacy or trust.
