This legal page follows your selected interface language for navigation and page framing. The current governing legal text remains this published English version until reviewed local-language versions are issued.

1. Using the service

AdaptLearn provides guided learning paths, AI tutoring, assessments, progress tracking, and team administration tools. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to use the product lawfully, responsibly, and only for legitimate learning, collaboration, or administrative purposes.

You must provide accurate account information, protect your credentials, and keep your organization, learner, and billing details reasonably up to date.

2. Accounts, roles, and access

Access levels are role-based. Learner features, admin tools, and team controls are granted according to the permissions associated with your account. You must not attempt to bypass subscription limits, role restrictions, or technical protections.

You are responsible for actions taken through your account until you report unauthorized use or the session is terminated.

3. Subscription, billing, and renewals

Paid features are activated only after payment is confirmed. If a checkout is cancelled, fails, expires, or is not verified, the related upgrade request may be withdrawn and access will remain on the last confirmed plan.

Payments may be processed through third-party payment providers. When that happens, card payment details are typically entered into and handled by the provider directly under its own payment controls and terms, while AdaptLearn receives the transaction and subscription information needed to manage billing, support, fraud prevention, and audit records.

Team and institution accounts are responsible for selecting seat counts, managing invitations, and ensuring payment coverage for active seats. Subscriptions may be limited, downgraded, or ended if billing obligations are not met.

4. Acceptable use

You must not use AdaptLearn to violate law, infringe rights, abuse infrastructure, interfere with other users, scrape protected content, reverse engineer security controls, or generate harmful, deceptive, or abusive content.

5. AI-generated content

AdaptLearn uses AI to generate explanations, lessons, assessments, and tutoring guidance. While we work to improve quality, AI-generated content may be incomplete or imperfect. Users remain responsible for reviewing outputs, especially for professional, regulated, or high-stakes use.

6. Intellectual property

AdaptLearn, its interface, branding, platform logic, and original materials remain the property of AdaptLearn or its licensors. Users retain rights in content they submit, but grant AdaptLearn the rights needed to operate, secure, improve, and deliver the service.

7. Service changes and termination

We may update, improve, suspend, or discontinue parts of the platform where reasonably necessary for product evolution, security, legal compliance, or service quality. We may also suspend access for misuse, fraud, non-payment, or legal risk.

8. Liability and local law

To the extent permitted by applicable law, AdaptLearn is provided on an as-available basis. Nothing in these terms excludes rights that cannot lawfully be excluded under the consumer, privacy, or digital service laws that apply in your jurisdiction.
